Re: What attracted you to your significant other?

Hi

I do not have a significant other, or even an insignificant other.

A pert bum does it for me every time though.

Good grief ... this remains a total mystery !

We are, however, almost twins (birthdays 8th and 9th of the month) so I guess we 'feel' something familiar in each other

My maternal grandfather was born on the same day as him (different year ! lol)

Our Chinese signs are also said to be very compatible.

Oh ... and some people have told me he looks like my father.

He was chunky. And still is.
A cheeky smile. And still has.
A Motorbike. He has two.
A good cook. We'll never go hungry.

Were both Aries...

Re: What attracted you to your significant other?

Well ...it was like this.
I was on me dinner break, sat in the pub munching crisps, having my lunch and sat sitting admiring the window cleaner's nice bum as he cleaned the windows and he came over and asked me for a date.
So I thought ..hell, why not, it'll kill a few hours .. and that was back in 1979.
It was lust at first sight.

Me man had, and still has, a cheeky smile, and a fantastic sense of humour.
But I think it was the puppy dog eyes that first attracted me to him!

My husband was 6' 4", had broad shoulders and narrow hips. We worked in the same building. One day he winked at me, we were married a year later and had 36 wonderful years together before he died 5 years ago.

What attracted you to your significant other?

Well, to be honest, my 'significant other' (my first wife, actually) was attracted to ME, presumably by my incomparable good looks, my wit and repartee, and my perfectly formed and enormous 'appendage'.

Right Jb, I noticed you walk with a limp, now I know why.

Well, I'll admit that it's limp at the moment.
