They wont be full, there will be a reserved seat for you, your seat number should be on your ticket.

Yes of course I know my seat number! I was expressing surprise at the emptiness of both coaches.

One of the most enjoyable breaks I ever had was a Shearings holiday to Strathpeffer. Totally relaxing. Have a wonderful time,

I went to Strathpeffer with Shearing earlier this year ... it was a long journey but we'll worth it

.

Planning to go to Portpatrick with them some time this year and Weymouth is also on my list

The worst ever for us, going from their hub standing around waiting for your coach, and waiting about 3 hours to get another at the hub to get home again. Not just us moaning everybody was.

Just to clarify further, I booked via their website and you can also book your seat online by looking at a screenshot of availability (and you can see which seats are already booked). The coaches on both holidays looked almost empty. Unless the website isn't updated...

At the moment, it wouldn't be worth their while running the holiday.

When we go to Scotland they usually have a break at Gretna and pick up more passengers from other coaches.

Hey Jazzi.
I just love the Shearings holidays, and over the years we have been on them sometimes 3/4 times a year all over the country, including Scotland.
I am registered with them, so receive all the latest offers by E. Mail, and they can be ridiculously cheap.
Now then.
When did you say you were going to Blackpool?!
I mean, it would be nice to see you.

Early Feb, BC. Only got 2 nights there and I need to rush round seeing the sights.

I thoroughly enjoy my holidays with Shearings, and know all about the waits at the hub.
