My sister has just told me about this, only today - it is genuinely sad that she's left us in body. I hope that she will remain very much with us - with us all - in other ways.

May our memories of her help her to never feel gone!

I only just heard about this now on the ITV evening news. I'm absolutely stunned, I thought that she just didn't have any story-lines for the last few weeks and that's why she hadn't been "seen".

I remember her first from Keeping Up Appearances and then of course from Emmerdale.

A fantastic actress who will be dearly missed by viewers.
