Having a stronger immune system is negotiable and too much of a generalisation.
Yes they CAN give birth (I know I'll get a lot of stick here) but why on earth would any sane person put themselves through all that ?

Real women have no need to brag. They are quite comfortable with their own sexuality.I had five kids...must have been doing something right.
Pain? Oh please son, besides childbirth five times...multiple tattoos. One day I was in having my shoulder decorated with my girl pup. It took more than an hour and I was reading to distract myself. A banger came in to get his girl's name on his chest.
Couple minutes and this poor child was hurting. His buddy glanced at me and whispered "That lady over there is reading a book". Priceless
