Just an opinion, but In this case, it's probably not a spammer, as it's always early morning from what seems to be from a UK location, (not prime marketing time), it's more likely to be someone reminding folks that it is possible to register on a site with a variety of identities, probably a member of the "Flat Pack".

In that case I’m spared, sometimes it pays to be a late riser, less clutter goes into the brain and leaves room for more useful things than new kitchens, sheds for instance.
