Yes Io count my Blessings, I am very fortunate to be able to do things for myself,and Yes Aysa I can sit and relax at times,but sometimes the hours seem to drag ,and a day seems lonely when youre on your own

Seem to be bored and restless most of the time really.
Backache since cycling hasn't actually helped and watching telly is draggy. There is plenty to get to grips with in my house but motivation is zero.

If i get bored i go upstairs looking through my drawers and cupboards to see what i have and nearly alway's come up with something or an idea what to do. That's if your a bit of a hoarder like me. Look through your photo albums, buy a DS hand held games console, there's brain training games and fun puzzle games you can buy for it.. When i'm not on the forum sometimes i play with mine as there fun! Do some baking or cook a special meal or clean a room a day, which makes it all different..

Guess that doesn't help but life has changed somewhat and I've not yet found my feet

I have been having a lot of daytime snoozes since the op , maybe down to the pain killer and other pills I have to have for the time being.
