Snap Silver Tabby!
Mind you it's less than a mile to our Sainsburys and we just need bread and then eggs from Farm Foods - got enough booze as really I'm trying to cut that down.

Just remembered - forgot milk!

Re: That's it - all done!

Well done ST, and everyone else who has finished.

Mine was totally stress free this year, as before I'd be looking for a few gifts had I been spending the day with a family of 6, plus 2! In return I always get two!! flipping calendars...waste of money as I buy my own with room for appointments. I always felt then I didn't really 'get' a present.

So, no outlay this year, and food shopping was finished Monday.

Just need to finish my appointments, and I can relax. Off to get haircut shortly, having just returned from early acupuncture.

Well done Silver, now comes the good part putting your feet up and selecting what you want to watch on the TV. I can't get the wife to sit down and relax, we have the whole gang coming tomorrow and she keeps thinking she's forgotten something, she hasn't but what can you do?
I've just poured meself a generous helping of port and I'm looking at an old film "Vicious Circle" 1957 with John Mills, cheers!

I'd like to know your opinion on that film Jem - I haven't seen it - got to be better than 'The Thing'

I enjoyed it Patsy, it’s a nice little thriller, well made and John Mills is his usual brilliant self, plenty of scenes around London that you would know well, I think you might enjoy it too.
No comment on “The Thing”
