the windows in the property we just bought has windows that open in such a way as the "hinge" side moves out as well when the slider button is locked in. So no need for window cleaners. Admittedly we had to have work done on them like 4 new window handle gearboxes and several window "slider rails" replaced. The previous owners I don't think every opened them
