Steve - its just your brain working overtime - if you worry on it, they will continue. Watch something nice on telly before bed, works for me

I find it easy to interpret dreams at times. Then the meaning becomes very obvious and it's also obvious why your dreams end up so intense. Thank goodness we can act out our fears in our dreams

Every time I go to Disneyworld, everyone keeps telling me "Dreams Come True", yet I always dream of winning the lottery and it hasn't happened yet.

I have lovely dreams, it is like stepping into a theatre, honestly.
I v,v, rarely have nightmares.
My grandma used to say that what you dream the opposite is true.
