Mind-mapping, brain-storming. Sounds too energetic for me!

And if you do, which is what I've done, they'll say 'Americano?' - you then say, just a black coffe and they reply 'that's an Americano' - at that point I either give up or change my mind to a latte and make them work harder at coffee making

"To be perfectly honest" - does that mean normally you are not?
"momentarily" - soon is much easier
"Have a nice day"

I'm sure I could think of lots more, but that will do for now.

Welcome youngatart

"Basically" always gets on my nerves too. Also "OK" at the end of every sentence.

I work in a small store and lots of customers and other staff members say "see you now" when they're leaving!!

"basically" and another one is "actually" which I overuse for sure. My partner told me so!

Yes, I'm sure we all use phrases too that get on other's nerves but WE don't notice it!!

I know my hubby keeps saying "well there you go". WHY?
Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I hadn't noticed it until I saw my son and his girlfriend quietly snigger when he'd said it once, so I've picked up on it ever since.
