Hello Jem, nicest thing is we have no neighbours during the week, there are a few weekenders around but they are not too noisy apart from the odd chainsaw or lawn mower in the summer

Evening peeps, what a relief that everyone has gone, we've had a houseful all weekend and it's been great, but what joy is tranquility and solitude....
