Hello folks.

Not been up to anything worth mentioning today, except grunting a lot.

I suppose I should elucidate a bit...

I've always had a bad right (or left if you were looking at my from the front) leg and today it has been playing up something awful.

Even lying back in my recliner armchair as I do for hours on end every day it is aching.

Might have to visit the doctors, where I practically have a front door key now with all the times I've been there lately.
