Ive never known so many people that are so good with having no sugar as you lot seem to be...
I usually have bran flakes or porridge oats for breakfast about 3 times a week but Its like eating cardboard with the bran flakes its flipping dire!!!!!
I like honey nut cornflakes and sugar puffs or even better those golden grahams mmm delish lol but Ive given those up in favour of the previous (strictly for health only)
If I thought for a second that porridge oats and bran flakes wernt beneficial Id have immense pleasure chucking both tbh.

I have blueberries, strawberries or banana on my shredded wheat/weetabix. I don't like sugar on it. I take my coffee black no sugar and don't drink tea. I don't use sugar for anything as my husband is diabetic. I do however keep some sugar in for when visitors come as some people like it.

Sorry everyone I’m not a goody two shoes when it comes to sugar. I have fruit and fibre through the week for breakfast, but I don’t put any sugar on it, but if I have cornflakes then lots of sugar, if I occasionally have porridge then I have golden syrup...lots of it..31-07-2018, 05:41 PM
