Ive never liked them much but I can see the use ..We get lady cyclists ..well lady is a slightly polite term for those females who wear such short skirts when cycling that OH says he feels like a voyeur as they come towards us flashing all they have ..Culottes would be far more suitable!

In the 60s I wore white tights, my teenage boyfriend who stood on the opposite side of the road waiting to cross to me, said me legs looked like milk bottles. So even though I pride meself on me fashion sense - I got that one wrong
