Seriously though to all of you who are successful at your weight loss goals, quitting smoking, etc you deserve a lot of credit!! Especially the business of smoking. My doctor said quitting smoking is sometimes worse than getting off heroin. I'm sure he doesn't talk from personal experience but he's seen a lot.
