All angels are men but I have to say not all men are angels.
Even angels need a bit of fun and over time there grew a type of feminist angel that demanded equal representation, so it just appears that there are more female angels than male angels, just as in real life (the squeaky wheel and all that).

The warrior male Angels you see are the Arch Angels like Michael, Rafael
and Gabriel. They are soldiers of God.
The female Angels are called Seraphim and the child Angels
are Cherubim.
Or that's how I see it
