Re: Sons and Daughters

Oh boys everytime. I have one of each and my son was a dream to bring up compared to my daughter. She is past her mid-thirties and still a pain even now.

Oh dear! Please don't tell me that!!! My mid 20's daughter has been a nightmare though much improved now. Her younger sister though has been no problem at all.

All my friends with boys have had a much easier time of it and those with both have always said the girl was much more difficult than the boy.

Re: Sons and Daughters

Neither, both ours were great and easy to bring up and they fend for each as they have all their lives.

Re: Sons and Daughters

My daughter and I share and do things together and laugh and cry and have a thoroughly fun time. My son is the spawn of Satan and is grumpy moody selfish he's a complete drama queen and has dreadful manners towards me?? Why? no idea just unlucky I guess as they've both been brought up exactly the same way and hes adorable to everyone else its just him and I do not gel.

We should introduce your son to my oldest daughter, together they could take over the world!

Re: Sons and Daughters

I've never had any kids, but from my understanding, girls gravitate towards their dads, and boys to their mothers. This was true for myself and my brother when we were little.

I was too much like my mum, so we had many verbal battles, and it wasn't until after I got married at 22 that she and I finally grew close, but that was mainly because I wasn't just around the corner or in the same town, as I'd moved abroad and lived in other parts of the UK.

I was the apple of me dad's eye though - daddy's little girl.
