Re: Soap

I use Dove soap, not quite so drying as others I've used and my husband uses Imperial Leather. As kids it was Lifebuoy (sp?) for the whole family. I love the smell of coal tar.

Re: Soap

Some very interesting replies there. I'm afraid I'm the old fashioned type and I stick to 'Sunlight' soap, the red stuff, in bars the size of house bricks, I never use anything else, if it can take paint off doors then the wrinkles on my face present no problems whatsoever. As for my hands, it's terrific and you don't have to worry about your fingernails, after a few short weeks you wont have any fingernails to worry about, and it's soooo economical too!.

Re: Soap

I never use soap on my face, just water and Sanex shower gel in the shower, I do like M&S Magnolia but it does make me itch, so its very occasionally.Simple wipes are good for the face if you wear make-up but if your face is dry I use Vaseline and wipe it off.Its wonderful now I dont use eye make up any more.

Re: Soap

Those brillo pads give a nice face peel as long as you don't be too vigorous, a mate of mine trimmed his hair with one and the back of his head fell off.
