Not today, but yesterday my daughter brought the van round saying there was a huge spider on it & would I remove it for her. It was a harmless garden spider, but a big one, so a bit shakily & with trepidation I encouraged it into a container & put it in the front garden tree.

I've lived scarey times during my life , I don't want to live any more scarey times , I'm happy being safe nowadays

Yesterday I went to my local park dog run and forced myself to speak to three different dog owners and they gave me permission to stroke their dogs and scratch their ears, scary thing for me as I don't go out very much and I worked out I hadn't spoken to anyone in 12 days and that was a health professional.
I know I post on here but that's not the same.
