Good morning all the sun is still trying to break through the cloud mass but things are looking brighter here.

Ooo - I ain't banned! After my performance last night I thought the game was up.

Why o why do I do it? Very long run so I thought I would relax away from the computer reading my kindle in front of the fire with a nice glass of chilled wine. What happens - as per - I ends up drunk and back on the puter shooting my mouth off aggressively yet again.

Oh well, I might ban myself before long ...

Better? As usual I'm full of remorse - well some anyway - not enough though maybe.
