Carol, good luck with getting an appointment, but why did you wait till today? I nagged you to go on Monday, didn't I?

Anyway, glad the ankle is getting better, at least.

Just seen the weather forecast for the SE for this evening. Eeeek...heavy rain and storms by the looks of it.

I've got my appointment - it's at 9.10.
Mon & Tues I missed the 7.30 am deadline for getting emergency appointments but today I set the alarm.
Our doctors is only down the road - I'm off in 5 minutes...

Good morning bit of a night here, Grace is off school today she came home with a nasty bug which has gone through her class like wildfire, Steven got up at 2am being sick and I don't feel so good this morning either. Nasty virus I guess hope it misses you all I don't recommend it at all.

buenas dias all. No weather change here, blue sky and sunshine but a pleasant breeze at the minute. No major plans here for the day, just a trip into our local town with a friend, we both have a few things to deal with there. Good to hear your ankle is getting better Carol and I hope your virus doesn´t hang around Julie, they are definitely not nice visitors. Have a nice day all.

Good morning fellow members

a very wet one which I hadn't quite expected .

Thought my son was coming for lunch but he has meetings all today and tomorrow so I may see him Friday.
It does mean I can get on with altering a skirt I am wearing for a big event in my grandchildrens school next week.

With working three days a week I find the weeks are going so quickly. Hopefully get some gardening done tomorrow if the rain holds off.

Now where's that Carol with a GP update??

I've just checked when the storms are expected, and as it'll be later this evening/night, I may as well nip out for a few hours.

Just been for my paper and booked 1st July for the bedroom unit assembley. Hurrah, at last. He said he hadn't heard from the other bloke after texting him last week, so I requested we go with another team, please.
