Trouble always seems to need company, it rarely comes alone .
I hope you manage to sort your house out and any other personal issues you have very soon Gibbs.

I know how depressing and frustrating it can be when there are difficulties with a house which takes ages to resolve, it makes any other problems that arise seem worse when our place of sanctuary lets us down leaving nowhere to retreat from the ills of the world.

I have no idea what is troubling you Swims, but whatever it is I hope you manage to find a way of dealing with it soon. You've had enough on your plate recently, without any extra's.
