I do as I love it TBH
I am not fond of turkey at all, in years past I much preferred goose or duck.
However many years ago I decided that the European Christmas meal just didn't suit our Christmas in the garden so we have a barbie with lots of steaks, chops and snags. The biggest and by far the most important food on the day is
prawns by the kilo!
Christmas without prawns would be an extreme disappointment despite the outrageous increase in price at that time of year.
The only "traditional" thing we do have is Christmas Pudding set on fire with brandy and mince pies.
