I lose track of who has died and who hasn't these days .

I am sure if the last wife has Parfitt's children provison will have to be made for them from any estate he left until they become adults regardless of what is stated in any will.

He has a house in Spain by Spanish law you cannot disinherit your children ( however i also think an English will is valid there too )
A really nasty thing to do to children.

Yes, as from 2 years ago you could change your Spanish will to English law regarding wills. Whether Rick Parfitt´s will was changed, well who knows? Not such a nice man was he?
