All Business is there to make a profit.They do not work for a Big Apple.
Is not a Sin to make a Profit.
However, these days when Millions of customers return goods for a refund that means extra staff especially to man the returns.
It is true that some Retailers give poor service but as there are always thousands of more customers daily it really does not affect them.
And, The Royal Mail makes a fortune out of the Postal charges but continues to increase prices of there services.

I find large companies such as banks are inflexable. they have their "must obey" set of rules and guidelines.. Give any company a problem outside their remit and they are completely at a loss. Just experience exactly that with HSBC which is not my bank but tied in with trust fund dividends.What has happened to common sense and the ability to adjust? that has gone out the window
