Definitely LD , there is a lot of research showing that although we need hormones like adrenaline to activate our 'fight and flight ' response, too much 'stress hormone' too often can result in inflammation and that can contribute to serious health problems.

I use emails rather than a letter, as they are legally accepted these days.

All Business is there to make a profit.

They do not work for a Big Apple.

Is not a Sin to make a Profit.

However, these days when Millions of customers return goods for a refund that means extra staff especially to man the returns.

It is true that some Retailers give poor service but as there are always thousands of more customers daily it really does not affect them.

And, The Royal Mail makes a fortune out of the Postal charges but continues to increase prices of there services.
