Anna darlin' - Bison: a North American Buffalo, sometimes referred to as 'big Shaggies'. It makes a delicious change from normal 'beef'.

chicken breast, stir fried with peppers, mushroom, corn and noodles in a lovely chilli sauce. Bananas a cream.

Have you ever tried making a nice cheese sauce to put with your mixed veggies.

Toad in the hole, mixed veggies and tater wedges.

Was that to me, Cate?

You know, I hadn't thought about a cheese sauce to go with a meal like that, and I'll certainly keep it in mind for next time.

Don't know what I'm having for tea yet.

That was indeed an idea for you Mollie. We are having baked potatoes with cheese and Utterly Butterly
