Tonight I made lamb tandoori kebabs with basmati rice and a side salad of red onion coriander and lime juice. I've been searching for a really authentic tandoori paste recipe and I think this one is the biz. But the only downside is that it contains fenugreek which stinks the house out. Made a meat loaf yesterday (and frozen a portion) so that’s ready to bung in the oven. And will also do the roasties - tats, sweet tat and parsnip - and a choice of other veg.
