It’s just lamb’s liver which is difficult to get hold of at times, I don’t like other liver. Quite often it can’t be frozen so unable to buy in bulk.
Waitrose sell frozen lambs liver and it is fine if you defrost it in your fridge over night.

No Sainsbury’s or posh supermarkets in our town, I shop mainly at Morrison’s. Even our M&S is closing in two weeks.
