Depends on your history, if you were used to mobility earlier in life, and appreciated good health, it is probably worth while, if on the other hand, as a youngster, you were unaware of these issues, and are generally happy, probably not.
In that era people who could aford it eat huge amounts of food, and they all had servants and cooks as well.
