I had cauli cheese this evening, with my roast dinner. Should have had roast beef slices. But they're now in the fridge to be fed to the fox over the weekend! So I ended up having a roast beef dinner without the beef. The meat had that reddish and greenish stains on it all, and in no way wuz I going to eat it!

The pack had originally been in the freezer.

Still have more cauli cheese left so tomorrow will get some fresh beef slices. And might try adding the mustard.
