Quite exciting

Note to self should get out more

Last week with my bullying employer, will be TUPEd over to a new company next Monday, from talks with them they sound much more reasonable and I might even get my holidays !

Really looking forward to what should be a new start with sane employers. Someone said but you will just be a number to them my reply I'd rather be a number treated fairly than what I am at the moment

Did the old company give you all the information in writing as required Under T.U.P.E. That explains your rights you are entitled to etc

Not had anything from them but the new company have been in twice and sent forms and booklets and phoned me to check I am ok with it all. They seem really nice.

You seem a conscientious, trustworthy person so why not consider self employment? Such qualities are considered worth their weight in gold in this day and age. Also the type of work you do must be in very high demand. A few select employers on your books and you would be sorted. Charge as much as you want too.

It's not as simple as that mark, but kind of you to say so. Cleaning is a cut throat business cheapest always gets the contract these days.
