Bread pudding

Had some bread that had started to 'go off', so rather than waste it, I made a tray of bread pudding from it. The weather here is good, so my neighbours were sitting out in the garden. They could smell the 'All Spice, Mixed Spice & Cinnamon. So now I only have a small piece left - a whole tray of pudding (still warm from the oven) has disappeared.

Of course I can Ania darlin' - man from Sainsburys is callling tomorrow with (hopefully) 2 more loaves and some more cinnamon - so I may make yet another tray full tomorrow too.
