Daytime TV.

I've never watched daytime TV - never seen Loose Women - though I've heard of it of course... Jeremy Kyle - the same goes for that - Good Morning Britain , Lorraine, etc etc - heard of them but seen none.

Do you watch daytime TV and what are your favourites?

Re: Daytime TV.

Most times the Tv we watch during the day is stuff we have recorded at night which is on too late for us to watch or things being shown at the same time as other programmes we watch ..

No Carole I don't except when Hannah is here I occasionally watch a children's programme with her.

It wouldn't feel right watching TV during the day I would never have the time.

I sometimes watch the 1.00pm lunchtime news ... that's all.

Re: Daytime TV.

I like The Wright Stuff, but only the papers section at 10am, I have to sit down after walking the dog, so I have a cuppa. Father Brown at 2pm is my lunch time show but rarely watch anything else. I have the TV on sometimes just for "company" a noise in the background. I like to record, Murdoch Mysteries, Miss Fisher, Doctor Blake, Third Rock from the Sun & Everybody Loves Raymond so when rubbish is on in the evenings there's always something to watch.

Re: Daytime TV.

I have never seen daytime TV. Mr Clumsy will occasionally put the TV on in the afternoon for half an hour but I have never sat down to watch. It wouldn´t occur to me to switch the TV on during the day, however I do read the news on the computer in the mornings whilst having a coffee and often have 10 minutes at the computer during the day too.

We often watch the news when we eat and sometimes, albeit rarely, a film on a wet winter's afternoon, but never apart from that.

Re: Daytime TV.

I like to watch the news for an hour in a morning with my first cup of coffee. If I have time in the afternoon I'll look at antique programmes like Flog It and Cash in the Attic, I actually prefer to watch afternoon rather than evening programmes.

I usually watch 'Bargain Hunt' just before lunch, and OH watches NCIS over lunch. I think she needs a daily fix of fictional blood and violence.

Re: Daytime TV.

I watch it when I'm ironing or sometimes cooking, usually in the afternoon, I watch the documentaries, often the crime ones.
I used to watch Escape to the Country a bit and sometimes Nothing To Declare, which is Australia Customs, it's amazing what people try to smuggle and how they do it.
I don't watch the UK morning ones.
