Foreign Invasion

Hi

Yes folks, it's that time of year again.

They have arrived, an advance party of the thousands of foreigners who descend on Prees every year for the winter.

Under cover of darkness, three truckloads have just poured out onto England's green and pleasant fields.

Thousands more of them to come, the Welsh that is, noisy gits as well until they settle down.

Sheep we are talking about of course, sent down from the hills to overwinter and lamb here, there will be thousands of them.

A real pain at first these hill sheep, you would be surprised at how high they can jump, real escape artists.

It always amuses me when I see Welsh Lamb being advertised, you would be amazed at how many are actually English, after all they were born here.

A lovely sight early next year though, it touches the heart to see fields full of new born lambs.

I don't mind where they were born, after a summer grazing the welsh hills they taste good to me with some garlic and rosemary
