manager of community centre
community artist
drama teacher
dog walker
housekeeper

Shorthand Typist
Sausage factory
Royal Air Force
Cleaner
Shopworker
Petrol Pump attendant (when it was under £1 gallon)
Care Assistant
Union office (back to shorthand typing)

As for me, well here goes:-
Gold miner (Mostly copper but some gold!)
Steel erector (Masts not buildings)
Debt collector (Worst paid job I ever had)
Spy (Well only part time)
Farm worker (When I was very young)
Roving trouble shooter for telecom firm
Oil pipeline engineer (Saudi)
Security consultant
Quality control engineer
Waste energy tech. (That's rubbish from bins to electricity)
Parliment sound engineer (No, not the London one!)
Mass Transit Comms engineer (Probably the worst of all!!)
Cleaner in a Supermarket (05:00 to 07:30 arghhh)

Probably a few I've forgotten, now I just do stuff over the internet, safer, no stress, and I don't have to report to a boss

I'll leave Claire to explain 'Life model' suffice to say I think it involves taking your clothes off Of course I could be wrong.

Pole Counter has got me wondering too, all I can think is it was telegraph poles or maybe standing at the airport immigration desk and counting people from Poland

I don't think I qualify for this thread as I really only had two jobs.
Messenger boy, then taken into the firm to serve a seven year apprenticeship as a goldsmith. I've never done anything else.
