I regularly make yoghurt using EasiYo. Occasionally I'll make small quantities of soft cheese too, when I have too much milk in the fridge.
Hi
Id love to hear more about your soft cheese and how that works and tastes..
I love soft goats cheese and so Ive got my cheese cloths and bought my rennet now just waiting for a free weekend to take the plunge and get busy..

I'll look up the recipe later (after our visitors have gone home and the house is back to normal!), and post the recipe on here. It's dead easy, and tastes great.

I tried making yoghurt when I kept my dairy goats, but I could never quite get the hang of it and as far as I can remember, I don't think it ever set properly - same as my jam making attempts.
