I was ere for 1 night only, staying away for business. I arrived late and left early. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but as I was only there for a short period did not affect my stay. I did wake up cold in the night and couldn't work out how the heating worked. On the whole the room was clean and breakfast was OK too. A good selection and all edible staff.Just found this for Southend.
