That I have increased my water intake during this hot weather...yes that's TWO ice cubes in my wine Spritzer !
On a more serious note though.. the recommended fluid intake is at least 10 glasses a day..more if you have been sweating a lot.
Signs that things aren't right are...
Not unrinating often when drinking often and dark..concentrated urine.

I like tea...hot is fine..helps to cool you down in fact, water with sugarfree squash and just good old water with ice and sometimes a slice of lemon
