New year resolutions ?

Anyone doing any this year .?

My husband is carrying on his last years one and losing more weight, done well this year so I'm confident he will do well again

I'm going to get back on the diet too and try to have a more realistic idea of what I want out of it this time.

Grace has biggest resolution though and we are going to help her make it happen. She wants to be walking again ! And she will if stubbornness has anything to do with it.

Yes am joining slimming world 9th Jan, really determined to lose some weight this year and hopefully keep it off.

I stopped making them a long time ago Julie, never could follow through with them.
