Everytime I go into my daughter's bedroom recently I find one or two ladybirds on the window sill. Strange for this time of ther year and I wonder where they are coming from!
Anyone else noticed this?
They've been overwintering in a warm place I think, . . can't say I've seen any so far, being up north where the climate's so cold we don't see too many even in summer.
Funnily enough there is an airing cupboard in that bedroom-better investigate deeper into the cupboard. Hope they are not creeping into our underwear!!

Ellie
They are harmless Ellie, and they don't damage clothes like moths do, they're carnivores which feed on greenfly and other garden pests so please do them no harm.
Absolutely freezing here tonight-think they are just keeping warm in the house. Going to be cold tomorrow too-not so bad if we have some sun but it makes you think it's warmer than it actually is-till you get outside.
