Headlamp eyelashes

Saw some of these on a mini today parked outside the woods. Its the first time I've seen them and thought no surely they are not supposed to be eyelashes and looked on the internet and yes they most definitely are and they are very cheap, a couple of quid. Whatever next Go on own up who's got some on their car

I have seen a couple of cars with those 'eyelashes', one can only wonder at the mentality of the owners! I think they are distracting to other road users and could cause porblems if they blew off.
