I was only thinking the other day I hadn't seen many this year. Usually when I take Chloe for her late night walk the DLLs fly in the moment I open the door even with the light turned off.
I know now they have all emigrated to Artland

I had lots last year, a real invasion and spent ages trying to catch them before I went to bed. I didn't like the idea of them lurking on the landing and anyway Chloe swallows them if given a chance then chokes on them.

Yes, loads! My garden is surrounded by lots of trees, including Sycamores!
Then you need a couple of cans of 'Raid' fly spray and dustpan and brush (the latter to sweep up the dead bodies).
