Why?

I was talking to my girlfriend last night about me cooking Christmas dinner at her place for her and two of her children. Looks like I am supplying the turkey,the stuffing,a roasting pan,sharp knives and so on-when I asked if she needed my thermal probe she giggled

I recommend having the Stuffing before the meal, less chance of indigestion.

I guess you will cook the turkey the old fashion way. Here in my part of the world they put bacon strips across the breast of the turkey
