Yes it looks good on the drawing board and even with computer trickery.
Truth is though that before anything like this is made first architecture and these type of futuristic inventions have to meet in the middle and work out the chinks.
One will not work without the other and whilst cities like our own London are looking a shambles with what (Prince Charles once honestly called ) carbuncle's, its never gonna happen.

If those things were so efficient - why were there still so many cars on the roads ? It would be good though !
