How slim are you?

Have you got a big belly?

I was weighing myself this morning and wondered how many of us can stand up straight (bending forward is cheating), and by moving your head only, can you see your feet?

Surely my feet might have shrunk with age. . . . but I'm working on it. . . .

I can see my feet OK but when I do my BMI I am in the middle of the overweight part of the graph. I'm content with that, I am not trying to be 'Mr Universe' !

This time last year I could see my knees as well!
After losing so much weight due to tummy trouble for two years, I'm gradually back on track to becoming perfectly round by the time I reach 65 (originally 60 was my target)!
I can still see my toes, just checked, but my corsets don't fit anymore!
