Good morning all, a very mild start here and a fine day forecast, almost springlike..

We are clipping both dogs first thing and hopefully we'll probably get a walk and some gardening in later.

What a difference a day makes.

Woke up this morning to a cloudless sky and sunshine, went for my morning walk, everybody seemed in the same boat lots of cheery "G'days" from everyone I passed.

Got all my pent up laundry done and on the line, dried in no time because of a sunny 30' temperature and a lovely breeze. definitely an ideal Hills Hoist day.

Fantastic day after six days of rain and 20'C max temp. Love it.

Good morning everybody.

I've had a good nights sleep - wonder if it was anything to do with going in my son's hot tub yesterday.. It certainly made me feel relaxed.

Today I'm meeting my friend Chris for a walk along Cromford Canal. We'll have coffee & cake (taken from home) at one of the picnic tables.

I've given Tony a few light jobs to be doing so he won't miss me while I'm gone. I should be back for 2.00pm to go a walk round the park with him.

It's another grey day but not too cold, so after catching up on what I didn't do yesterday I should be able to get out into the garden.
It's too grey to do painting inside (shame) so I think the outside wins today.

Good morning everyone dull and damp , it is trying to rain but not really making much impression.

I am feeling very fragile after a night spent mostly awake with a misbehaving heart. Plenty to do as always, I want to plant some flower seeds in little loo roll pots this morning to start off in my mini greenhouse.
