White rabbit, white rabbit
When I was a girl, my mum would greet my sister and me with "white rabbit, white rabbit" on the first day of each month, as it was supposed to bring good luck for the rest of the month.I continued this tradition with my own children and have now just sent a text to my granddaughter to that effect.
What traditions/superstitions do you still practise?

How odd, white rabbit, was often used over British Army radio networks,,,dead of night monitoring a frequency you would occasionally hear those words, ”Hello all stations, White Rabbit out’It used to upset young officers watch keepers who would take the bait, the convo would go something like this...
Petulant Officer...’All stations this is zero alpha, do not make unauthorised stupid transmissions, out’
This would be met with ribald comments from unidentifiable operators throughout the net.
