What couldn't you give up

Whilst driving along today, I heard on the radio this question.

*

" Out of the following, which would you find the hardest to give up for one month?"

Sweets

Alcohol

Meat

T.V.

Sex

Going out with friends

*

Most of the women answered 'Sweets'.

Most of the men joked about Sex.

So what do you think you would you find hardest to go without for a whole month?

If biscuits were on the list, that would be my choice.
Some of the others I've given up for quite some time.

From the list you have given us it would probably be going out with pals...also TV....I listen to music via my TV...I would miss that.

Re: What couldn't you give up

Definitely the TV.

I have given up all the other stuff for a month at least, from time to time, and managed to do so very well, but I would be hard pushed to give up the TV, even for a couple of days!

Having said that, in the days of power cuts, when I was forced to not watch any TV, after the first couple of days of torment it got a lot easier, and I found I got a lot more stuff done, read more, and rediscovered simple pleasures like board games and cards.

Also rediscovered the joys of radio, using a portable radio, natch!

I'd miss me telly, too.
The kitchen one is often on in the background, else the radio is.

Feel free to add to the list if anyone wants.

Re: What couldn't you give up

TV, although if it was a choice between that and cheese, it could be difficult.
