Have You Ever Had A Mild Addiction?

About thirty years ago, I was once addicted to Trebor Extra Strong Mints. I would eat them one after the other!

I have since read that this is quite common and a lot of people became addicted to them.
Luckily, they didn’t affect my teeth!

Have you ever had a mild addiction to something? Did you overcome it?

Cigarettes and alcohol - I quit smoking cigarettes and cut down on alcohol (no more whiskey ..... ) .....

Smoking, alcohol plus I had an addiction to painkillers once. I managed to overcome them, though.

These days I only have the occasional drink which I enjoy with food.
