A bus company in Somerset has ceased trading without any warning and without any advance notice to its employees.
I do hope these employees, individually take this arrogant sod to a series of Employment Tribunals, and claim as much compensation for unfair dismissal and Redundancy that the Tribunal can award.
Having had my husband made redundant a few years ago with no last months pay or redundancy pay I have no sympathy for employees that do this they really are ujs favourite word !
We do know the facts and he's a barsteward of the first order!!! - I hope that his former employees screw him for every penny!!!
I doubt they will be able to Uj, my husband got about 20p in the pound what he was owed. They really don't favour employees all his creditors come before his employees.

Redundancy pay, outstanding Holiday pay and any wages owed are priority credits.
Of course it is perfectly OK to just shut a company down and leave people out of work just before Christmas, not to mention the customers including several schools having to make alternative arrangements, true Tory thinking.
